Write to Seven Corners at email@example.com and state that you would like to cancel your plan. Include this information: your certificate number (found on your ID card), your first and last name and date of birth.
Full refunds are allowed on most plans within 10 days of purchase. Refer to your plan document for details — this is typically explained on page 1 under “Ten Day Look.”
Pro-rated refunds are not allowed on Trip Protection plans. - If we receive your request before your trip start date, we can adjust the trip dates in most cases. We are required to follow the wording in the plan document when and if we can adjust the dates.
