Travel Insurance Center^® has redesigned our monthly eNewsletter as part of our brand and website refresh — all improvements that focus on better serving you.

The goal of our refreshed eNewsletter is to use our travel insurance expertise to educate, inspire and entertain you. The new and improved eNewsletter will be easier on the eyes and easier to navigate. We feature the same useful content you’ve come to expect from us, but we also debut a few new touches.

“This newsletter is about you, for you and even by you,” said Dan Drennen, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We love connecting with our customers, and the improved newsletter will do that, whether through giveaways, answering your questions or providing tips on what to look for or avoid with travel insurance.”

What to Expect

Links to our tools — the Policy Picker^™ and Expert Recommendation Tool — will be at the top of every newsletter for easy access.

Our main feature will provide practical travel insurance advice, our take on in-the-news travel issues — from hurricanes to health crises — or customer experiences. 

The popular “Ask Dan” feature has evolved into an “Ask the Experts” feature. (Dan’s a busy guy, and Agent Representatives Brandon Hughbanks and Alan Lightbody have decades of experience on which they can rely to answer your submitted questions, too.) Have a question now? Submit it here. Sometimes this feature might be so interesting or useful that you’ll find it as our main feature.

One new section is our customer testimonial, where you can read what real customers are saying about us.

Also new, our interactive section will feature a contest you can enter, a quiz you can take or a giveaway you can snag (such as tickets to one of the travel shows we’ll be attending).

Finally, we scan high and low to find the best travel and travel insurance stories so you don’t have to.
