What companies offer trip cancellation, medical, with emergency medical evacuation insurance for non-U.S. residents?

One of our favorite insurance carriers asks: We have an agency looking to insure 104 Canadians traveling to Spain. We only insure U.S. residents. Do you have any companies that offer trip cancellation, medical, with emergency medical evacuation insurance for non-U.S. residents? 

Dan answers: Yes, we have two carriers that can accommodate this request. One has a maximum age of 79, and the other has a maximum age of 80. The good news is that we successfully insured this school group for that agency. 
(In addition, we have several carriers that offer travel medical and emergency medical evacuation for non-U.S. citizens/residents.)
